1. Introduction

Welcome to Time Tracking! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application, available on both Apple and Android platforms. By using Time Tracking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time Tracking and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Accuracy of materials

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information within Time Tracking. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The app may contain technical, typographical, or other errors. We may change the content of the app at any time without notice, and we do not undertake to update such content.
